How to Activate Amazon Alexa on Smartphones
[1] Open Google Play Store or App Store and install the Amazon Alexa app on your smartphones.

[4] By default, the app will detect nearby Amazon Alexa devices. If not, hit the More icon and tap the Add a Device button.
